to perform an interim management role
for a construction company, acting
as Assistant Company Secretary, to
advise on the insurance and legal
aspects of their tenders for £20 million-plus
contracts.
In this role, we also cleared a six-month
backlog of insurance claims against
the company in two months, and dealt
with the twenty outstanding writs.
