Company Law International offers
Incorporation (UK and Offshore), Re-registration
of companies, changing their names,
our dormant company services and Searches
on other companies.
Incorporation
The incorporation of UK and Offshore
companies is not a lengthy procedure.
However, Companies House has a number
of requirements, and the entire process
can sometimes appear quite daunting.
To form your new company, all you
need to do is give us the basic details
and then simply leave the rest to
us. We will check the availability
of a company name for all company
formations as well as giving advice
on sensitive words.
We can help you form private limited
companies, public limited companies,
companies limited by guarantee, flat
management companies and residents'
associations, property management
companies, charities and limited liability
partnerships.
The formation of the company is,
however, only a part of the set-up
procedure. We can help you further
by:
- Acting as or supplying a Company
Secretary, Director or Nominee Shareholder;
- Providing a Registered Office;
- Supplying a UK branch for overseas
companies;
- Setting up a UK bank account;
- VAT registration

Dormant Company Services
If you wish to dissolve a company,
there are a number of criteria to
be fulfilled before the company is
acceptable to the liquidator. We can
advise on the steps that need to be
taken, and identify any outstanding
claims, debts, credits or filings
that need to be completed.
Company Law International can also
advise on the most appropriate and
safest course of dissolution: for
instance, if your company is struck
off, there is a 20-year period of
liability, whereas if you choose voluntary
liquidation, that liability is just
two years.
Even in a seemingly straightforward
corporate transaction, it pays to
get professional advice from Company
Law International.
Searches
A Company Search tells you the most
up to date information on a company's
trading figures, any outstanding debts
or insolvency action.
This information can be vital if
you are making decisions about giving
your customers credit or relying on
particular suppliers, or even whether
to put pressure on your competitors.
Searches can form an important part
of many corporate transactions: detailed
knowledge of which individuals are
connected in what way with which entity
can often throw a different light
on a business situation.
Company Law International can
perform these searches in a professional
and efficient manner.
