Bob
Kelley became a Chartered Secretary in
1971 and a Fellow of ICSA in 1987, the
year he was also given the Freedom of
the City of London. Having held
board and company secretarial
positions in a wide range of
organisations for many years, he has
vast experience in understanding and
meeting the needs of the board members
in several sectors. His acclaimed book
"Ethics at Work" was
published by Gower in 1999.
