After qualifying as a Chartered
Secretary in 1982 Stephen Purr was
elected a Fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Secretaries and
Administrators in 1984. In addition to
his work as a company secretary
Stephen has worked as a financial
director and as a senior manager in
the accountancy profession. Stephen
provides company secretarial support,
including the preparation of annual
and statutory accounts, administration
and taxation services.
