Mandy Webster is a Chartered Secretary and non-practising barrister, specialising in Data Protection. She is a well-known writer, commentator and speaker on these issues. Mandy’s career as an in-house company secretary and lawyer for 15 years gives her a wealth of experience of business issues. Mandy also specialises in data protection audits and the provision of advice and training on privacy, information security and e-commerce issues.
She is author of ‘Data Protection for the HR Manager’, ‘Data Protection in the Financial Services Industry’ and ‘The ICSA Data Protection Troubleshooter’. She is also a regular contributor to Thomson/Gee ‘Company Secretary’s
